During this experience, we will prepare fresh gnocchi together, following a traditional recipe. At the end of the class, the gnocchi will be served and enjoyed with sauces prepared in advance, carefully chosen to highlight their flavor and texture. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn, have fun, and share the pleasure of great cuisine.
The experience will conclude with a tasting of two wines from Azienda Agricola Luca Ricci, thoughtfully selected to complement the flavors of the dishes.
