The house has a 110sqm apartment equipped with every comfort at the same time rustic and tied to tradition: ceilings with exposed beams, wooden floors, furniture at the end of ‘800; but also air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and one with Jacuzzi, television and free wireless connection.
It can accommodate 4 people in two double rooms, with the possibility of reaching 7 thanks to comfortable sofa beds. It also has a functional kitchen-dining room, equipped with fridge-freezer, hob, traditional oven and microwave, toaster, dishwasher.
Bed and bath linens are included.
The apartment is located on the first floor and can only be accessed via a staircase, which unfortunately is not well suited for guests with reduced mobility.
We love animals, but we are unable to accommodate pets.
Guests staying overnight will be offered a complimentary bottle of our Prosecco DOCG “Luca Ricci”.
